On the morning of June 24th, with the completion of the pouring of the last cubic meter of concrete, the Bodega Intelligent Manufacturing Production Base project in Huangpu Town, which had been under construction for over 160 days, was capped off before the opening of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bodega. Town leaders Liang Yonghui, Li Zhen and Shen Shaohui attended the topping-out ceremony.
The Bodega Intelligent Manufacturing Production Base Project is invested and constructed by Zhongshan Bodega Electrical Appliance Co., LTD. The project covers an area of 15 mu, with a planned total construction area of approximately 35,000 square meters and a total investment of about 100 million yuan. It is proposed to build the company's production workshops, office buildings, R&D centers, cross-border e-commerce centers, material warehouses, product display centers, and related living supporting facilities. After the project is completed and reaches full production capacity, it is expected to generate an annual output value of 180 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of 9 million yuan.
Zhongshan Bodega Electrical Appliance Co.,ltd settled in Huangpu Town in July 2018. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of high-end wine cabinets and other refrigerated cabinets. As a newly emerging professional ODM and OEM manufacturer of high-end wine cabinets in the past three years, its products are exported to many countries in Europe and America. The factory building originally leased by the enterprise only covered an area of 15,000 square meters. Due to space limitations, it was unable to expand its scale and increase production capacity. To help the enterprise break through the development bottleneck, after multiple rounds of communication, Huangpu Town supplied a plot of land in Zhaofeng Village to the enterprise through public auction, enabling the enterprise to successfully "settle down" and continue to take root and grow stronger in Huangpu.
Liu Fuhua, the chairman of Zhongshan Bodega Electrical Appliance Co.,ltd said that the project was capped before the opening of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bodega and is expected to go into production in December ahead of schedule. The company's products are mainly for export. Overseas customers have liaison offices and offices in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bodega is about to be opened to traffic, making business exchanges between the company and its customers more convenient in the future. Thanks to the strong support from the municipal and town governments and relevant departments, it is precisely because of Huangpu's first-class business environment that enterprises have more confidence to take root in this fertile land and move steadily and far.
