The highly anticipated project of our company's production base officially broke ground in the Huangpu Food Industrial Park on the morning of November 17th. We are grateful to the leaders of Huangpu Town, including Liang Yonghui, Tang Guowei, and Shen Shaohui, for attending the groundbreaking ceremony. This move marks another milestone in the continuous progress of Bodega.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman Liu Fuhua stated that the superior geographical location, mature supporting resources and the accumulation of the home appliance cluster center of the Bodega Intelligent Manufacturing R&D and Production Base project are the important reasons for Bodega to take root in Huangpu. It is not only a key project of Huangpu Town, meeting the expectations of all sectors of society, but also a project for the future production and manufacturing of Bodega and a major investment project.
Bodega has always been confident in the future of the Chinese economy, the value of the project itself, the strength of our partners, and our own operational capabilities. The project covers an area of approximately 15 mu, with a total construction area of about 30,000 square meters. It is expected to generate an annual output value of 180 million yuan upon reaching full production capacity. The project plans to build production workshops, office buildings, a research and development center and related living supporting facilities, mainly producing high-end wine cabinets and other refrigerated cabinets and other products. We are confident and determined to increase investment and expand production in Huangpu, go against the trend and build an intelligent R&D, manufacturing and production industrial park.
